If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability. We normally deliver between 9:30AM and 4:40pm. Our morning delivery slots are filled fairly quickly in advance. If you want early deliveries, please place your order in advance so that we can schedule it accordingly. If you need to request a specific time for your event (for services, for example),or to deliver during your work hours, please mention that on the special instruction section.
